Minutes of May 22, 2012 Meeting

The meeting was opened with prayer by Fr. Harris; minutes are to be found on our blog; and the Treasurer sent a report indicating our balance as of 5/22/12 is $4,293.58. We received an $86 contribution which brings our balance to $4,379.58.

We are now on facebook. All are encouraged to review. It is open and updated daily.

The Information Card final correction was presented to those present. It will have the final review at our next meeting which has been rescheduled to Tuesday, June 5 at 6:30 pm

Connie Bigler wishes to have a Motorcycle fundraiser for SACSON in August. Scott Terry will follow up on this.
Our Web Store in up and running. One concern was the price of shipping and handling. Trace will be reviewing this with Mr. and Mrs. Orling. All are encouraged to register at the site which can be found on SACSON’s blog (www.sacson.wordpress.com).

The Central Florida Commission on Homelessness in Orlando will be meeting on June 25 at 5:30 at the Heart of Florida United Way to discuss the status of this Commission.

Our next IDignity will be July 11th. Fr. Harris will be coordinating with St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church for space. Trace will be advertising the event. Judy will check with Michael Dippy for the flyer.

The next meeting is Tuesday, June 5. All members are asked to attend this meeting as we are close to having the IDignity event.

The meeting was closed with prayer by Fr. Harris.
